2010 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS Description

For sale is this beautiful 2010 Camaro with the 2SS Package with sunroof and heated leather seats. This car has mainly been a garage queen since I bought it about 2 years ago. I’ve put on about 6500 of the 34K miles, and 1200 of those were driving the car home from the previous owner.

I’m sure you are searching for Camaros with a ton of power, which is why you are looking at my car. After doing a lot of research myself, I found that a lot of SS’s with over 600hp end up breaking a lot of parts from hard street driving.

This car was purchased with the full intent of going to the drag strip, 100miles away, run mid 11’s at low 120’s, with no breakage and drive it home 100miles with the air conditioning on. All the while being a blast to drive on the street.

This Camaro has been a ROCK. I’ve made 75+ passes down the track, with never any broken parts (no engine, trans, driveshaft, rear end or axle issues). Best pass is 11.37 @ 122MPH. Best 60’ is 1.61. I even added Line Lock with a custom shifter so burnouts don’t hurt the brakes, it was done very subtly with no extra holes drilled in the interior. Many guys have issues warping rotors from too many burnouts, but I have also had no brake issues.

I haven’t had the car on a Dyno since it was tuned by Jannetty Racing Enterprises. Ted is the best in the business, tuning 100’s of Gen5 Camaro’s and helped iron out a few issues – recommended adding the ADM FPCM and ZL1 Fuel Pump, and was able to squeeze out an extra 5MPH and .4sec in the quarter mile versus the previous tune. Based on the performance numbers, this car is probably 450-475rwhp.

Wait a second, I thought you were looking for a high HP car? Or are you looking for a FAST car? The biggest problem that most cars with more power can’t get it to the ground efficiently. This car has eaten up ZL1’s (580hp) and Hellcats (707hp) at the track, for half the price. All you need to do is add a set of Drag Radials.

Here are the details:

6.2L V8, (L99) with Automatic 6Speed

Vortech V3 Supercharger & Air to Air Intercooler running 9lbs of Boost – very conservative amount of boost. Supercharger is easily capable of 12lbs of boost and more power with a pulley swap and tune.

Yank SC2300 Converter

3.73 Gears

ARH 1-7/8” Long Tube Headers

Magna Flow High Flow Cat Back Exhaust w/ 5” Exhaust Tips

Must haves with a Supercharger, most aftermarket superchargers need more fuel than what a stock SS Fuel Pump/FPCM is capable of sending, these are the industry gold standard for aftermarket add-ons:

ADM Fuel Pump Control Module

ZL1 Fuel Pump

These 2 sensors are needed for remote tuning purposes with an SCT Handheld Tuner. The 3-Bar allows you to log real-time boost, while the wideband allows you to measure Air/Fuel Ratio.

ZR1 3-Bar MAP Sensor

AEM Wideband Sensor

Cosmetics/Chassis Add Ons

BMR DriveShaft Tunnel Brace

BMR Strut Tower

BMR Subframe Connectors

Tinted Windows

Hex Hood Vents

Pillar Gauge Pod

ZL1/1LE Black 10 Spoke 20” Rims 285/35/20 & 305/35/20
