Chevy C10 4x4
1961 Chevrolet C-10 Description
This C10 was found in a barn in the Texas Panhandle. It appears to have sat in the barn since the early '90's. We re placed the carburetor, radiator and fuel pump. We had the fuel tank dipped and sealed. We replaced the sending unit and pick-up assembly and ran all new fuel lines. We replaced the rubber brake lines and purged all the old brake fluid. We had the seat completely rebuilt. the frame was cleaned and painted, springs fixed, new foam and upholstery. We sprayed clear coat over entire truck to preserve the barn fresh look. This was a farm truck, it has not been restored. It has been made able to drive, turn and stop. It fires right up with the 1st crank.
We have a clear title in our name. The VIN tag shows it to be a 1961 Short Bed 4x4. I have NOT seen any NAPCO markings on the truck anywhere. The cab is clearly a '64/'65 cab and front sheet metal. We're not hiding anything here. Everything is in plane sight and easy to see.
On Sep-04-16 at 08:32:57 PDT, seller added the following information:The truck steers and stops great. The engine runs smooth and quite. The headlights, turn signals and brake lights are not wired. The cab has had sheet metal pop-riveted over the standard rust places. This is a dry climate, Texas truck no major rust.
