2004 Chevrolet Corvette Base Description

2004 Corvette Coupe, 6 speed manual transmission with only 3,600 miles.
I purchased this car from original owner, locally, with 1,940 miles on it in July of 2014. I have replaced the wheels and tires with Forgestar F14's and Hankook Ventus V12 tires. 19" 305/30R19 Rear, 18" 265/35R18 Front. Exhaust has been replaced with Cat-back Borla ATAK. I also replaced original shifter with MGW shifter, battery in 2014 when I purchased the car and it has legal Illinois window tint as well. Speed, Inc. installed the exhaust and did a basic tune on it that day also which included 1-4 skip shift delete and a lower temperature for the fans to kick in. I lowered the car on original bolts to better fit the wheels in the wheel well, but it is not slammed. There is still room to go lower if that's your thing, or you can raise it back up to stock height if you prefer. No bolts have been removed or cut. I also had the car aligned after lowering from a local shop that deals with lots of Corvettes. This car has spent most of it's life under a car cover, pampered. I have never tracked the car and has been driven only on good weather days when I have time. I am selling because I don't drive it enough to justify keeping it anymore. This car has just been detailed with a wash, clay bar, polish and wax.
I don't have the original wheels or exhaust, but I do have the shifter if you wanted it.
This car has never been driven in rain or snow. The undercarriage is spotless as is the rest of the car. Interior is perfect. Exterior is 9.9/10 with 2 VERY insignificant nicks in the paint from what I can tell while detailing the car. Weather stripping is still soft and pliable with zero wear/tear visible. Engine is 100% stock down to the original air filter. Everything on the car is like new. You won't be disappointed with this car.
There are some light scratches on either side of the crash bars underneath the front of the car. See pictures. These scratches are not visible unless you are under the car. Again, these are light scratches, not deep gouges and are only on either side of the crash bars. No other scratches to the underside of any body panels.
Oil has been changed 3 times since I've owned it, once right before I purchased the car, then again the next Summer and just recently this past June. All other fluids are original. This car just passed Illinois emissions and is set for 2 years now. I have original window sticker, owners manual, trunk blind, most receipts for maintenance and other various documentation. You will also be getting a fitted Noah car cover and battery tender.
I am asking $24,000 for this car. You will not find a cleaner C5. If you were to buy/install the wheels/tires, shifter, exhaust, tint and battery - it would cost you over $5000. Tires/wheels have under 500 miles on them!
If you are the buyer, $500 must be deposited via pay pal withing 24 hours of auction end with full payment due within 7 days in the form of either cash, certified check, cashiers check or money order. NO Paypal for final payment. No exceptions. I will retain car until payment clears the bank, unless it's cash. You are also responsible for shipping expenses, however, I will help in any way I can to facilitate a smooth transaction if needed.
