1969 Chevrolet C-10 Description
1969 C10 CST, Factory Black and Factory Red Interior.
This is a very very sharp truck.
It was professionally restored. They started with an excellent straight original truck.
Paint is amazing for a black truck, body is laser straight and it shines beautifully. (one flaw to mention, I bumped the garage door up near the cargo light and there is a small crease)
Power Steering, Power Brakes, Tilt Wheel all make it drive more like a sports car than a pickup.
Lowered with new coils 2" front and 3" rear. Still has a beautiful ride and gives it a nice stance.
Firestone Firehawk Tires (less than 5k miles). Argent Silver Rally Wheels.
Motor has less than 2500 miles on full rebuild, Basically a stock build, with edelbrock intake and edelbrock carb. Runs excellent. Fires right up, solid oil pressure, needs nothing.
Trans is a B&M TH400, shifts flawlessly. Under 5k miles.
The whole truck has under 5k miles since restored and it shows.
Drive the truck anywhere today.
Upgraded the brakes to Front disk.
Still has Rams Horns with Flowmaster Mufflers and Dual Exhaust.
All new tinted glass and rubbers. All new seals everywhere.
About the only thing to do is update the AC. It was workin, but the AC was not used a few years. I was planning to go with a modern compressor, new drier and convert to R134A.
This truck has nearly 40k invested, (plus the cost of the truck).
The red interior is mint, really really sharp. Has a new 14" steering wheel but I have the original red one included.
The Tonneau is nice and is a clamp o, so no holes in bed. Inside of bed is painted and as clean as the rest of the truck.
I can ship anywhere. Title is clear and current CA registration.
I can have delivered to port of Oakland/ Richmond for $250 and Los Angeles, Long Beach for $350.
On Sep-05-16 at 22:11:37 PDT, seller added the following information:The bed cover is a clamp on. There are no holes drilled into the bed to mount it. No holes for snaps, nothing. It clamps onto the bed and has a chrome strip that the hardware is mounted to. Its a nice one.
I have a detailed photo album of the truck I can send to anyone seriously interested. Ebay only allows 24 photos. I can send you many more in greater detail. The details are where this truck shines above the crowd. Just use "ask seller a question".
I am open to offers. I have had many trying to get me to sell this truck early. And for the right price I may. It is advertised locally and may sell. After it hits reserve I will let it ride to the end.
On Sep-06-16 at 23:03:53 PDT, seller added the following information:This truck has 1971-72 Disc Brake Conversion up front. 5 Lug. So the rear 12 bolt got new axles to match the 5 lug in the front. Which gives you tons of options for wheels.
On Sep-07-16 at 12:27:50 PDT, seller added the following information:I was asked about scratches in this truck. Some of the photos look as though there could be scratches all over. This is not the case, the paint is nearly flawless everywhere. It really shines. Black is a tough color to get right, it shows every flaw. And there are none in this truck. It presents very very well.
On Sep-08-16 at 11:31:17 PDT, seller added the following information:I took the truck out today, gave her a good bath and took many more detailed photos. I can send a link to anyone who asks. Use ask seller a question.
