1990 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Description

**NO RESERVE** For your consideration is my 1990 Corvette ZR-1 in Polo Green and Saddle interior with 42,500 miles the odometer. Only 105 Polo Green Zr-1’s were built in 1990! The ZR-1 rocked the automotive world with the high performance 4 Cam 32 Valve Lotus designed engine that was hand built by Mercury Marine. The ZR-1 option was about twice the price of a base Corvette. This car outperformed exotics like the 911 Turbo but had the reliability and longevity never seen before.

Interior-9/10

The seats are in awesome condition, slight wear on the passenger seat bolster (see photo). Steering wheel still has the texture in the leather. All of the gauges and locks work properly. All four Bose amplifiers and the stereo head unit have been rebuilt and sounds incredible.The AC still blows ice cold.

**Note** The driver side window is becoming temperamental (sometimes it works & sometimes it doesn't) and will require a new motor, seat lumbar motor works but the bladder does not hold air (fairly common issue).

Engine-9/10

The engine runs perfect and sounds great! All sixteen injectors and coils have been replaced. There are no error codes. It has a Mark Haibeck chip installed which enhances the drivability. (Google zr1specialist.com and look for engine calibration for a full run down). It has custom mufflers with an updated exhaust tip look, the mufflers and tips have typical surface corrosion (see photos).

Exterior- 8/10.

The car has a replacement Kurt White windshield, it has the same solar properties as the original with no delamination. P.O. spent ~3K for this windshield and it is perfect. Overall the paint is in very good condition. The hood was re-sprayed in Dec to correct scratches and road rash. It has a few minor scratches here and there consistent with its age.

Wheels/Tires- 7/10

All four corners are wrapped in Goodyear Eagle F-1 tires with ~ 20k miles on them. There is plenty of life left. The clear coat is starting to craze on the wheels. (see photos)
