Suburban 3/4 ton 4 speed standard transmission 4 wheel drive with locking hubs

1978 Suburban is a 3/4 ton 4 speed standard transmission with four wheel drive & locking hubs, 350 cubic inches motor, front & rear AC not working, the vehicle has extra big fuel tank. The engine was rebuilt several years ago & only driven 10 miles to DMV environmental inspection since the engine was rebuilt. The suburban not been driven or started up since then. It was driveable condition when parked.

The interior needs restoring as well as the outside body has minor dent on driver side and some scratches. The front windsheild has two cracks. The chrome from the driver side rear side is loose. I am selling as is, so see pictures for the condition. I live in West Phoenix Arizona, so if you want to see it in person I can show it to you. The title is clear without any fees or fines. The title is in my parents name and they will sign it over to whoever buys it. My father stopped using the suburban due to back & leg problem.
