The Story:
AWD full size Chevy Express vans are very rare. Because they are so rare the automated KBB/NADA programs are really inaccurate, most that go to auction have extremely high miles and throw off the curve, so to speak. I state this up front because I have a very hard time getting my hands on these vans, am never able to "steal" them. KBB only adds $600 for AWD which is ridiculous at the very least, this is a very nice car and worth the money.

This one owner Express van was fleet maintained, non smoking and is in excellent overall condition. I'm a huge Chevy van fan, own 4 right now, AWD, 4WD and 2WD. I can say from personal experience this AWD system is very impressive in the snow and sand, just point and go. This van is from the south west desert, is rust free and super dry underneath (see photos)

Options and Condition:
Has a great running 5.3 Vortec V8 engine, all wheel drive, auto transmission, the non smoking gray cloth interior is very clean, ice cold front/rear AC/heat, power windows/locks, AM/FM/CD stereo, remote keyless entry, cruise control, tilt wheel, tow package, stabilitrak, etc. We gave it a full safety inspection, checked all fluids, brakes, filters, installed 4 brand new heavy duty 10 ply AT tires, new chrome wheel covers, detailed, etc. This van is turn key and ready to roll. Always starts instantly, runs, drives and stops excellent in every way.

Though in excellent overall condition, this is a used 7 year old van and as you would expect there are imperfections, scratches, dings, wear, etc. I am being very "nit-picky" on some of this stuff because I value my reputation/feedback.

There are a few normal stains in the seats and carpet as you would expect with these miles (see photos)

There is "to be expected" chips, scratches, door dings etc (see photos)

The seal at the top of the windshield looks like it was poorly installed, I will try to have it corrected (see photos)

The factory headlights are foggy, a common GM issue (see photos)
