I'm selling my 1963 Impala (also listed local Fort Campbell KY) Clear Florida title. It comes with a 1975 Chevy 350 Small block 2 bolt main and turbo 3 speed automatic transmission. Welded rust repair with GM sheet metal in typical places ( rear floor pans, trunk tub, rear trunk deck). New Trunk lid from Ecklers, Drum brakes all around (all cylinders, lines, and master replaced). New carpet, headliner, several misc. I purchased the car in 07/2014 from a family member's friend in Georgia. The kid purchased it. Primered it grey over white paint, and there it sat (14 years-CHASSIS IS SOLID NO ROT) after losing his job before going off to college. The car never had hydraulics, frame cut or any other unusual modifications. The Car never was in any accident, judging from frame, quarters, doors, and fenders. It does not pull left or right and shake free at high speeds ( can't self incriminate-locals no the unofficial speed limit on I-24 between Clarksville and Nashville).
I drove up from South Florida to Fort Campbell and I drive it daily (5 miles per day 5 days per week) since May. Comes with an extra front bumper, front seat belts (not installed), used wiper switch with washer option, new headlight switch, and misc parts. The Cool air is going back unless BUY IT NOW is activated.
What's wrong - small leaks 1. trans line near radiator, 2. power steering line. Heater Core damaged. The seat covers are pulled on not installed(not correct for 63 Impala). The turn signal has to be held but works. The hi/lo beam switch (aftermarket new) turns off the lights when depressed (you wont be able to flash anyone), the original radio does not work (I use my Iphone or Ipod). The car is built for a daily driver not trailer queen.
The car was stripped completely(removed glass, doors, hood, trunk, etc.- acid washed, epoxy sealed. All rubbers replaced (no water leak anywhere). A complete frame off was not needed as the mounts are all there and the frame mount supports are not rotted.
