1999 Chevrolet Camaro Description

Selling my 1999 camaro Z28 project car with 152,000 miles. The car is not in great shape and needs some work to get running right again. Here is a list of good and bad things about the car.
THE BAD:
Engine is overheating. Water pump, radiator, thermostat, and temp sensors replaced, but still overheats. The fans come on and water is flowing. It does not smoke and the oil isn't contaminated, but i can only assume the worse.(blown head gasket).
Engine oil leak, most likely front seal.
Tremec t-56 transmission needs work...reverse gear pops out if shifter not held in place while backing. 5th and 6th gear scratch when driving quickly.
Needs new front tires.
Interior needs work and is missing headliner and rear view mirrors.
Paint and wheels need attention.
THE GOOD:
Lots of suspension mods...Tubular rear lower control arms and panhard bar, BMR Torque arm relocation kit, Bilstein shocks and eibach prokit lowering springs( great stance), strut sway bar, Newish ball joints and control arm bushings, and strut mounts.
Slp intake lid and Loudmouth 1 Exhaust Catback with Dual/Dual tips.
Newish power steering pump and high amp Alternator.
Tick Clutch Master Cylinder ( amazing piece)
CTS-V Brembo 4 piston big brake kit up front with fresh rotors.
M1 Projectors retrofitted into stock housing with 55w 5000k Hid Kit.
C6 Z06 wheels reps...18x9 fronts and 19x10 rears
Rear tires still have life
SS hood and spoiler.
T-Tops
Recently passed Smog (had to buy a new catalytic converter) and Registration is up to date with a CLEAN title.
The car is located in north Orange County California, will drive but will need to be traillered/towed home. Great project car but unfortunately do not have room for any more cars. If you have any questions you may TEXT me at (916) 204-5228. Thanks
NOTE: WILL NOT INCLUDE AFTERMARKET RADIO, BUT DO HAVE THE STOCK RADIO AND BEZEL.
