2003 Chevy Monte Carlo LS
2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Description
Hi guys,
I have an awesome running 2003 Monte Carlo LS for sale. Yes it was a salvage title, but is definitely running strong. I kept up with all of themaintenancemyself and a lotof work has been done to this car with lot's of new parts (List below). 159,000 miles. This motor has less miles than the trip because I think it was dropped in, but unfortunately there's no documentation. I have proof of purchase of all parts.
The list of new parts:
2 sets of keys, added remote starter unit in it (awesome in the winter for sure)
Brand New KYB Strut Assembly Units (All 4 tires)
New front CV axles (and seals)
New Control Arms (both sides)
New Tie Rods (AC Delco)
New Tie Rod Ends (AC Delco)
New Starter
Replacement Muffler System (Walker)
New Wheel Hub Assemblies (All 4 wheels) (AC Delco)
New Rotors (All 4 Wheels) (AC Delco)
New Break Pads (C-Max pads from Autozone)
Replaced Fuel Filter
Dropped Transmission Pan and flushed out Transmission. Replaced with all new Transmission Fluid.
Replaced the Transmission Gasket (added extra magnets in pan) as well as the Transmission Filter.
Brand new Emergency Break Cable replacement
Painted Rotors Silver
Painted Calipers Red (semi faded due to brake dust)
Painted Caliper Brackets Silver (Looks nice)
Replaced the Radio Unit with a Kenmore (Still have the original if you want to re-install)
Has Bose Sound system installed with Bose amp (pictured)
80,000 mile Firestone tires (have about 35,000 miles of tread left)
Comes with Spare Tire (Never used)Have receipts for all new parts installed and maintenance done to it.
What it needs...
AC Needs a Recharge (AC can provided)
Fuel sending unit doesn't work so you have to rely on your trip meter to estimate gas mileage. I refill every 250 miles. It can be repaired
Car is SUPER clean. Take a look at the pics. Take it for a test drive if you're local and interested, it's registered and insured. For a summer ride, this simply can't be beat.
