2008 Chevrolet Impala Description

2008 Chevy Impala LT – Great used shape – ready to drive!
I pride myself on my 'full disclosure' listings!
This vehicle was used for our children, and as such we took great mechanical care of it for safety. The only reason we are selling is that we needed something larger with more towing capacity.
Some common issues on this model have been taken care of already (like Camber kits on the back tires $200) so you wont have to!
Kellys Blue Book appraises the car at $4600-$4900. This car certainly meets the Fair/Good standard that KBB puts out, and is listed for roughly $200 under blue book value.
So look at the descriptions below, check the photos, and review my feedback - then buy and drive your Impala!
The Good:BRAND NEW BRAKES and ROTORS all the way around! (The good rotors and pads too, not the cheap stuff - $800+)NEW tires less than 12 months old – you can SEE the tread on them! ($500)OPTIMA High performance Gel/AGM battery ($160)TRAILER hitch ($400)CLEAN and non smoking vehicle (priceless)Full Synthetic oil changes
Nuetral/Issues:1. Tire air pressure sensors don’t work – they were starting to go when I got the new tires, and I said forget it. I know how to see if my tires are low anyhow!2. Got the Evap module or something like that replaced a few years ago – occasionally it will throw a ‘running rich’ code and turn on the check engine light. This was a known issue and the solution was to do a ‘gas relearn’ and have the computer ‘reflashed’ – never did it because the code would go away on its own, and never impacted gas mileage!3. After going through one of those car washes that use power washers, the front bumper has some paint that chipped away (you can see it in the pictures) – needless to say, the wash that did it would not repair it – but it is purely cosmetic.
I have a car report printed out for this vehicle showing it was never in any wrecks etc. The car did have a lien – but I have my lien release letter for you to take to DMV.
I think I covered all the bases with the description above – but please ask any and all questions before bidding!
