First please do not ask questions about the reserve price, bid the highest youwould be willing to payand leave it at that it will either be enough to buy the car or it won't. Second I did not build the car so I can only go off the information that was provided when I bought it. That being said there was a binder with a lot of receipts provided when the car was bought so there is quite a bit of specific information available. Third the car is not perfect, it is a driver although I would say it is in much better shape than your "average" driver but by no means is it a show car.
It's a 1969 Chevelle El Camino SS. It is a true SS not a clone, the numbers on the enginedo match the vin. The engine is a .30 over 396 with a T-400 transmission and a 3.73 rear end. The engine, transmission and rear endhave been rebuilt. The engine also has been dyno tuned and makes 427.3 horsepower. All four tires are brand new. Pretty much everything on the car has either been replaced or rebuilt and the receipts are there to prove it. The car looks good and runs great, there is just too much to list so if there are any questions pertaining to the car just ask and I'll answer them the best I can.
I reserve the right to end the auction at any time, buyer is responsible forpick up of the car and what all that may entail such as setting upshipping if necessary. I will only accept cash or certified check. I will not release the car or titleuntil the check clears. I would also prefer that the title transfer be done prior to me releasing the car too.
