Look at this rare Chevy Tahoe Z71 we have to offer this week. It was just traded for a new car. It's last owner bought it in 2002. It's finished in light pewter metallic with two tone leather interior. Neutral with oatmeal inserts.
The exterior is in very good condition. The paint is bright and gleams. It looks to be all original. It has a few scratches and paint chips. It has a few small rust marks on the bottoms of the doors. The barn doors have rust/rot on the bottoms. There are no major dents to found. There are a few marks as shown. A great looking Tahoe.
The interior is in very good condition. The rear seat looks great. The passenger seat shows minor wear. The driver's seat shows wear and has a few tears. The dash looks great. The rear seat folds down for additional cargo space. It comes with owner's manual.
This Chevy is stuffed with options.. It has a roof rack, fog lights, running boards, heated seats, dual lumbars, electronic rear view mirror, overhead console, home link, rear A/C control, touch 4X4, keyless entry, and polished alloy wheels.
It comes with matching Michelin tires showing 30% tread. It's equipped with the powerful V8.
Everything works except the A/C blows warm.
This Tahoe runs and drives great. It shifts as it should. The brakes stop well but are squishy at times. Maybe an adjustment or new brake pads. We did notice it will hesitate at times and than just take off. Maybe a fuel filter. These Tahoes are great in the winter. They go thru anything. I don't find these often. Well maintained. No Reserve. This is a very rare limited edition Z71 Tahoe. This is a super cool SUV The Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 also exhibited a monochromatic appearance similar to the Tahoe Limited, but instead of black onyx metallic the Tahoe Z71 was offered in either light pewter metallic, victory red, emerald green metallic, or indigo blue metallic. Features of the Tahoe Z71 were similar to those of the Tahoe Limited with a few key differences to distinguish the 2WD Tahoe Limited from the 4WD Tahoe Z71. Features that differ from those previously mentioned on the Tahoe Limited included the Z71 off road chassis package (46 mm (1.8 in) Bilstein shock absorbers, a standard 3.73 rear gear ratio G80 locking differential), body colored wheel flares, trim, grille and bumpers, inset driving lights built into the center of the front bumper, oversized two row radiator, two tone leather seating surfaces in either a gray or neutral theme, distinctive tail lamp lens covers, black tubular side assist step bars, black brush guard, and distinctive 16 inch Alcoa five spoke 6 bolt polished aluminum wheels.
The L31 5.7 L Vortec V8 powerplant and 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission shared with other GMT400 Chevrolet Tahoe vehicles were not modified in these special edition vehicles, and as such these special editions were mostly appearance packages.[citation needed]
It needs a few odds and ends but I'd be confident with driving it home. The Chevy may be viewed during the auction. Any questions Email. Look at my other auctions. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
