2005 Chevrolet Suburban Description

This is a 2005 Suburban LT Z71 4x4 with only 87,000 miles. I have owned this vehicle for 5 years and purchased it with about 50k miles on it….has been a second vehicle (about 7,500 miles per year). I purchased it so I could haul my kids and some of their friends, or to tow my light weight utility trailer. When I purchased this, I looked long and hard for just the right accident free vehicle. It has been a great vehicle, and has served me well. I upgraded to a 2012, and I have to admit I am having second thoughts about my decision to sell this one.

This one is very unique, in that it is an 8 passenger (2nd row bench), with leather, and Z71 package. This was not a common combination for 2005. This Suburban is pretty well loaded for 2005 standards, but it does lack the features of todays Suburban’s (Blue Tooth, Navigation, backup sensors)

This one is clean! No rips are tears in the fabric. No excessive wear. Exterior is clean and sharp. Everything works. AC is nice and cold both front and back. Drives nice down the road, and I have documented maintenance history. If it needed it, it got it.

A few comments: The 3rd row seat is a solid bench seat. It folds down, and can be removed. The 2nd row bench seat is a 60/40 bench. It too folds down, however the 2nd row seats are not designed to be removed.
