Barn find about 5 years ago! This car came out of a barn in northern Wisconsin and was at Back To The Fifties Car Show when I saw it. The right front fender and bumper were cleaned off and it did have a shine! I knew I would be buying it! Originally the intent was to buy it and resell it as I do with cars that I bring back from that show. However....after a new fuel tank, filter, fuel pump and carb rebuild I found it was just a hoot to drive! It has split exhaust for dual exhaust that raps good! New brake master cylinder, shoes and wheel cylinders! KYB shocks and new tires! 12V electrical. Side skirts and visor! I seriously would drive this car to the east or west coast! Easily runs 70 MPH and does hit over a 100 MPH! Three speed on the column that shifts great with no strange synchro noises. Mileage is your guess as odometer shows it to be low. Believe it is a 235 as it is not a 216. It is fast and would kick the pants off my 39 Ford that had a 303 Olds in it! Body is very solid as well is the floor. The drain hole in the spare tire area is just slightly larger than it should be... maybe the size of a quarter or just slightly larger. Comfortable car to drive for hours at a time! Heater is not hooked up but floor does not show any sign of leakage. I am only selling this because I am getting a Ford 39 Coupe back that I used to have and a couple items have to go to get it done. So....if you are bidding please bid seriously! That is why this is being relisted because the high bidder was not serious! This is a great car and is priced on the money! It will be advertised at Hershey Pa while we are there vending also. Pictures do not show how good this car is! Checking computer will be iffy while we are out there.
