What we have here isa 1996 Chevrolet Impala SS: (I also have the original listing from when I purchased the vehicle)
1. Engine is the LT1 and Transmission is the 4L60E which was rebuilt around August of last year with a 2 year warranty and yes I have paperwork.2. Runs, Drives, Shifts fine and also has Edelbrock and MSD parts, Optima battery. Also, exempt mileage on title.3. Had it painted 2 years ago while I was overseas, half-a** job was performed, paint peeling in spots, its a good 10/20 footer.4. Interior could use some refreshing especially drivers seat.5. Brand new 22 inch Dub Baller wheels and brand new Goldway G2003 255/30/22 tires and they are about 6 months old.6. Vehicle is lowered with hotchkis componentsand has a 2/3 inch drop and bilstein shocks.7. Aftermarket Camaro ss cowl hood and aftermarket show series fiberglass performance spoiler, both from streettrends.8. I purchased vehicle in October 2013 from a guy in California off ebay, had a minor accident in it around Nov 2013, nothing serious though.9. No catalytic converters and has dual exhaust all the way to the back, new sending unit and few pump and aftermarket fuel regulator.10. Aftermarket Alpine Navigation head unit and two Memphis 12 inch woofers in a box in the trunk with a full size spare.11. Needs new wheel moldings and side body moldings and right rear bumper molding put back on. I still have all the moldings.12. Needs new passenger side rear view mirror, wife damaged it backing out of the garage, go figure.13. Small dent on front passenger side door.14. Cruise control does not work and odometer gauge works when it wants to, can see it at night though and has roughly around 166,000 miles.15. A/C and heat workfine and window and door switches work fine.16. All lights work fine and has hid headlight kit upgrade andhas pillar gauges to monitor vitals also.17. Hasgray marble wood kit but shows some age and aluminum ss a/c and headlight knob.18. Drilled and slotted rotors and hawke pads.19. No check engine lights on the dash and has K&N intake and corvette fuel covers.20. The car is DCM 'Dark Cherry Metallic and the paint shines and shows well even with the minor blemishes and paint chipping.21. Status Update:
It was brought to my attention that in theCarfax report it has the 1996 Chevrolet Impala SS as a total loss declared on 8 December 2013 by the insurance company. As I explained to the personthat sent me the message, I wasn't aware of that. My insurance company never stated anything to me nor my wife that it was a total loss. Hell, I am so baffled by that I had to ask my wife, she saidthat it wasn't a total loss either. I purchased the vehicle back, got the bodywork done and that was that, it was still a clean/clear title from my understanding and I didn't have to do anything extra, bonded title, extra paperwork, etc, nothing. I explained to the person also that I would be making a correction on the listing and again I try to be as hones as possible, I hope no one feels misled and again bid with confidence!!!
