1996 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 SS SLP Description

1996 Camaro Z28 SS SLP #1150, for the first time in 24 years the SS nameplate returned for 1996. There were only 2,410 built in 1996 it is finished in bright red with graphite leather. The 5.7 liter LT1 engine producing 305 horsepower and 335 ft-lb of torque was able to go from zero to 100mph and back to zero in 19.7 seconds. It has many factory performance options including a 4 speed automatic transmission, SLP exhaust, torsen torque sensing differential and sport suspension. Corvette ZR1 style aluminum wheelswrapped in275/40 ZR17 Nitto tires.Aftermarket performance parts added are Eibach lowering springs, Pace setter headers,catlessY pipe and a Speed Inc. tune. The undercarriage is very clean and detailed. The Camaro has always been garaged kept and adult driven, it runs and drives very well. Recently installed brakes and newer tires. The A/C blows cold but has a seal leak in the compressor. The last photo shows the rear bumper that has cracked clear coat paint from a light push on the rubber bumper, there is no bumper damage just paint. Aluminum wheels have some chips on all the rims.
