1948 Chevrolet Other Pickups Description

1948 Chevy pickup was built by one of the best body shops in the Midwest. Started with a rust free original truck. Was completely disassembled, sand blasted and painted.
Front suspension a new Heidts Mustang II front suspension with power rack, disc brakes and sway bar. Rear suspension is a ten bolt Chevy rear end with new springs and hangers.
Engine is a new crate engine from GM 350 cubic inch 290 horse power. New carburetor, intake, distributor were all added. Transmission is a rebuilt 350 turbo with a new 2200 convertor.
Body was completely torn apart, sealed and painted. All excess holes welded and filled. Dash has all new gauges, steering column. A new bed and bumpers were installed. Body was completely sound deadened. All body gaps are perfect. All new leather interior was installed. Vintage air, heat and defrost. Hidden radio. All stainless interior polished like new.
Complete new dual exhaust, new fuel tank and all breaks and lines. Wheels are Coy 17 inch in front and 18 inch in reach with new BF Goodrich tires.
