2011 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ Tuscany Package. 1-owner, smoke-free.

Up for sale is our 2011 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ w/ the Tuscany Package. The Tuscany package adds a few more luxurious features such as 22" chrome wheels, dual chrome tipped exhaust, billet grilles, additional interior wood grain accents, upgraded instrument bezel, chrome trimmed running boards along with the badging/lettering. I am the original owner and have enjoyed the past 5 years with this Suburban. Our family has gone on many road trips in "The Beast" without any issues but now that the kids are in college the need for a 7 passenger vehicle has subsided. We have always had regular maintenance performed and has been garage parked for the majority of its life. The exact mileage at the moment is 112,924 (20 miles driven since pictures) but I will do my best to keep it under 113,000. If that changes I will update the listing accordingly.Exterior is in great shape with the only "issues" being a small dent on top of the hood from an unknown object (not hail, wouldn't show in pictures) and that the chrome on the inside of the wheels is bubbling. Front bumper has a few stone chips but nothing out of the ordinary. Rear bumper has very minor scratches on top of the bumper from luggage/bags going in and out (black plastic portion, not the painted portion) Tires have good tread remaining (alignment was just performed in the past 1,000 miles). Interior is in excellent shape with minimal wear on the seats and carpets (floor mats have always been used) We are a non-smoking family so smoke odors are absent. I make occasional trips to DFW, Tulsa, Wichita and Bentonville so if the buyer happens to live there I'll be glad to drive it to you. Other locations can be negotiated but if the vehicle needs to be shipped that will be the buyers responsibility. You'll receive the vehicle with a fresh oil change, new air and fuel filters along with a full tank of fuel.
