1980 Chevrolet Corvette Description

Tires are in ecellent shape, not much wear. The rims have some rust, I was going to replace but thought whoever buys it might want different so I have de-ducted that cost. Also front left quarter panel, right on edge has some paint that was scratched off. I can repair like new for under 500.00. I have the can of paint that was used for the paint back several years ago when I was restored. The paint job on the car is really nice, it's what makes the car. I am asking 2,000 less than what I feel it's worth for these 2 items to be fixed.
