1968 Chevrolet Corvette Description

This '68 Vette came from a private collection in California where the previous owner spent a great amount of time and expense upgrading the engine, drivetrain, interior, exhaust, etc. Although it cannot be confirmed, the mileage shown of <57K appears to be original based on condition and information from close friend of the previous owner (died 2 years ago). The person I acquired the car from is an avid collector of muscle cars and Porsche vehicles, and he was asked to prep and sell the car by the previous owner's widow. Since I have owned the car (March 2015), I have had about $900 of maintenance work performed to make sure everything is pristine. The engine, drivetrain, and interior of this '68 Vette is well above average but not a show car that you would be afraid to drive. Many upgrades to engine including performance intake, carburetor, performance crank & other internals. The interior has been upgraded with 1969 right side dash with pockets, significantly enhanced tufted leather seats, softer performance steering wheel, etc. Recent work done to ensure all drivetrain components are 100% working including new seals, tune-up, etc. Convertible top in excellent condition. Front and rear bumper chrome excellent. Tires and wheels in excellent condition.
