1995 Chevrolet Suburban K1500 Description

This is a 1995 Chevy Suburban 4x4 K1500. I have had the vehicle about a year now. The pictures show the condition of it. The Suburban runs and drives and the 4 wheel drive works well. It has about 190,700 miles and has had a new fuel pump assembly just installed, new front brake rotors and pads, new U-Joints on the rear driveshaft, a new water pump and crossover, new power steering pump lines, a new coil and new exhaust from the back of the converter installed on it. It has the 5.7 V-8 motor that runs well but could still use a tune-up. The Suburban needs new brake lines (the brakes work but the lines are rusty), sway bar links, rear hatch latch (this is the tailgate model instead of the barn door version), the front part of the exhaust system has a slight leak by the exhaust manifold, and the rear axle U-bolts could stand to be replaced. It has front and rear A/C, the original AM/FM/cassette radio, grey cloth seats (including the third row seat although it is not in the pictures) power windows and locks and working cruise control. It is being sold "as is, where is" and has no warranty. It has a clear TN title with no liens. Payment in full in cash only (no trades and no bank checks, no foreign buyers' agents with checks expecting cash refunds, no I do NOT need any help selling this car, etc.) upon pickup of the Suburban.
