1997 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 1500 Description

Up for sale is my 1997 Chevy Pickup. This is essentially a one owner car. I helped my stepdad pick out this truck from the dealership in 1997. He used it as his vehicle at their lake house for the first 15 years of its life. About 5 years ago he was ready to replace it so i took it off his hands. It has been well taken care of throughout the life of the truck. We have a growing family and need something that will hold more kids so sadly this one has got to go. This is a rock solid truck, but by no means perfect. It has its fair share of dents, dings, and paint chips but from 10 feet you couldn't tell. It has a 2X4 drop with airbags in the rear so it can be adjusted for hauling a trailer. It runs and drives great and I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. When I got it from my dad I wanted to upgrade as many of the old parts as needed so the following is the list of new parts

Other than that i have never had any issues with this truck. The transmission bearing whines a bit, but it has done that since the truck was new. My shop is next door to a transmission shop and he tells me these truck just sometimes had that issue and it wasn't anything to be concerned with.
