1997 Chevrolet Suburban Description

1997 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 4x4 with the Vortec 454
This is a nice suburban that runs and drives great and is ready for the road. I bought it from a friend of mine that was moving in Mid 2015. I have a 1 ton with the Duramax/Allison combo for towing, so no longer have a need for the burb.
Interior:-The interior is gray leather. Front seat has some wear and tearing as seen in the pictures. Middle and rear seats are in great shape. -Dash is nice-Carpet is in good shape-Headliner is very nice-All power windows work-Eclipse CD player is installed, but recently displayed an error code and stopped working-Heat works great-Cold AC!
Drivetrain:
-A lot of money has been spent maintaining and upgrading this suburban over the last few years. Some of this was spent chasing an occasional CEL and, while the suburban runs and drives excellent now, the CEL is still present. Even with the occasional CEL the truck does pass TN emissions testing. I have over 7k in receipts and that doesn't include everything like parts that were bought and replaced outside of a commercial shop.-A couple of the gauges are a little off. The voltage gauge reads a little low, but the alternator is a new high output unit and we never have any charging problems. Also the oil pressure gauge reads a little erratic at times, but pressure was checked while at the shop and verified to be in spec.-New 4l80e transmission 7-15-2014 at 212k miles, Replaced trans, converter, and installed large trans cooler. Cost $1810.87-New set of tires 8-5-2014 212k miles $543.-New rear exhaust section 12-22-14 $300.-Front end work and brakes 1-3-15 $1154.74 213k miles-Engine work (cam, lifters, timing chain, oil pump, fuel rail, etc) 6-11-2015 $2698.91 217k miles.-New GM o2 sensors and top end cleaning/decarbon 10-9-2015 $704 $219k milesHigh res copies of receipts available.
Parts replaced not listed on the receipts-distributor including cap and rotor-all new plugs and GM plug wires-all new GM injectors-GM fuel pressure regulator-EGR-High output alternator
This truck really does run and drive great, the new trans shifts very nice, the truck tows great, and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it cross country.
Exterior:
-Very nice color combo with the blue over silver. The paint on the roof is poor, but the rest is very presentable-Some dents and dings, but overall a great looking truck-Aftermarket aluminum wheels-Great tires-Heavy duty tow hitch
All questions are welcome and if you'd like to inspect the truck before the auction ends that is fine as well.
