• New vehicles come with factory warranties. All Tubbs Brothers used vehicles are sold in “AS-IS” condition. However, most used vehicles have remainder of factory warranty, or qualify for an extended service contract that may be purchased at an additional cost to buyer. Ask associate for details.

• Buyer receives copies of all paperwork pertaining to transaction, any after sale work must be in writing and signed by an Tubbs Brothers representative. NO VERBAL PROMISES OR GUARANTEES.

• A $2,000.00 non-refundable deposit will hold a vehicle for seven days for customer to attain funds or financing. After 7 days deposit WILL be forfeited and vehicle will be available for sale to the public. We offer financing here .

• eBay Motors Customers must establish contact with a Tubbs Brothers associate within 24 hours of auction end or the transaction may be voided and your deposit forfeited.

• Miles posted in listing may vary slightly due to test-driving, road testing, or in-transit shipping.

• Tubbs Brothers accepts Paypal or any major credit card over the phone for deposits only. Final payment must be made in the form of cash in person, cashiers check, wire transfer or bank financing.

• Not all used vehicles were acquired with a second set of keys or owner’s manuals. We don’t provide them if they didn’t come with the vehicle upon delivery to Tubbs Brothers.

• All eBay auctions are subject to sale outside of eBay. Contact a member of our team to place a NON-refundable deposit on a vehicle to hold it for 24 hours.

• All parties agree in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Sanilac County, MI.
