2000 Chevrolet Express Express Chair Van Description

9 passenger extended van with a side loading wheelchair lift. It has 3 wheelchair positions, 3 fold-down double bench seats, and 3 single jump seats. This van was retired from service because of it is too old for us to use in our contracts. However; it is not running and driving. We believe it has a Pass-Lock ignition problem that prevents it from staying running. It needs to be towed to a dealer, or some other repair shop, that can re-set the computer to fix the pass-lock problem and it should be all set. I am asking $1500 or best offer for this van
