1982 Chevrolet Blazer with original6.2 diesel as equipped by General Motors. The diesel option wasa heavy duty SUVthat was great on fuel mileage. I had this one shipped from California and it has no rust rot, it would be hard for you to find a Blazer in better condition. It has an auto trans 700R4 with upgrades, power steering, power brakes, air conditioning upgraded to 134 freon, cruise control (1982 vintage, works somewhat, but original), Syrus satellite radio. Dash has crack, covered with aftermarket cover. Undercarriage has tire caused sand blasting with minor surface rust on bare spots. No leaks but seepage is to be expected. True mileage is unknown but I do not see any indicators of high mileage, the doors close correctly, pedal pads not excessively worn, suspension and steering is tight etc. This is a very simple and inexpensive vehicle to maintain and is comfortable to drive and will outlast the new $60,000 diesel SUVs (already 34 years old and still excellent). I have taken it on trips through New England. Vintage vehicles in this condition are extremely hard to find. Look at the picture showing the rear floors through the wheel well, I have seen New England vehicles that are completely rotted with this area missing. It has a newer 60/40 front seat. I have Suburban seats of the era that you can chose if you would rather have them then the 60/40. It comes with a rear seat but it needs to be reupholstered. The rear carpet is covered to keep it clean, picture shows the original carpet under the cover. Has a receiver trailer hitch. It has never been driven inwinter months or used in snow. Have some extra parts including a spare complete engine. I am selling because I need to thin the heard, presently have 7 registered vehicles, no time to drive them all. Will assist with shipping. Clear title will be given once payment in full has been made and cleared.
