1997 Chevrolet Malibu 4dr Sedan Description

I am selling a 1997 Chevrolet Malibu that was donated by Chevrolet to an IT Tech school here in Chicago as well as several other schools. Their challenge was to convert the Malibu from gas to E85 fuel. It recieved 6th place in the challenge. This car has sat for many years after challenge was over. After I obtained it had all the old peeling stickers were removed. The fuel, engine oil, transmission oil, anti-freeze coolant were all removed and replaced. The vehicle started right up with a new battery. The brakes were serviced and the front pads and rotors replaced. There is one engine light on. The ABS (right front sensor). It drives and shift good. Price of E85 here in IL. is $1.57 gallon. The paint is a bit faded and it does have a few minor dings and scratches. The tires hold air but have some cracks from sitting. It is also visible where some of the stickers were. The A/C will require a service but heat works well. The radio does not function. There is no sprare tire or car jack in vehicle. All electric windows function. The interior is nice may need just a detailing. Some of the after-market add-on that were noticed were: 1) 17" wheel 2) Eibach lowering springs 3) On board PC control 4) K&N filter 5) Braided gas lines 6) Fuel pressure gauge 7) Accel Ignition coil This car is sold as-is with no warranty written or implied. eBay account winner of auction must personally pick up vehicle no transport.
