1965 Chevy Impala
1965 Chevrolet Impala 2 door hardtop Description
I purchased this car this summer. When I bought it, it had been driven everyday. I feel this car is a perfect candidate for a complete restoration. The most serious work would be1. Replace lower panel behind the rear wheels. I am not sure about the original metal in this area but I can tell that there is bondo there.2. Front drivers floor will need some metal work.3. The rest of the body is quite solid. This car has the worst paint job I have ever seen. A professional paint job would triple its value. It can definitely be driven as is. As I said, everything works...lights, signals, wheel cylinders are re-built, good tires, etc.
It has a clean open registration in the previous owners name. It is signed by the previous owner. I have not registered this car myself. NYS never titled vehicles until 1972.
