1966 Chevrolet Chevelle Description

1966 Chevelle Pro Street. It has a 454 big block and a TH400Rossler trans, reverse manual valve body and trans brake (not wired up yet)with B&M pro stick. I did not build this engine so i don't know cam specs ect.It has a 950 Holley and runs great. standard bore, decent sized cam with anti pump up lifters, highly ported cast heads. Great oil pressure and runs cool. Dual elec fans. Rear is a Dana 60 with new 4:10 gears, spooled. Not bad on the highwaywith the 33" tall tires. 15x6 and 15x16 Weld Vitesse beadlock (rims alone were $3000) and new front sportsmans. The rear are 33 22.50 15 sportsman pros w tubes. Four wheel disc brakes. Stops great.New power booster and master. Rear suspension is a 4 link w coil overs done right. I squeezed a full dual 3" exhaust past it with a PypesX pipe with cut outs and polished Pypes mufflers. Full cage with swing out door bars on both sides. I have new dash parts including guage cluster, radio bezel and SS glove box bezel the previous owner bought and neither of us put on. No heater box. Wipers there but needs wiring. 16 gallon fuel cell with foam, gas sender and guage works but needs wired up. Manual steering, turns like a ship. I was going to put in a rack and pinion kit but never got to it. Not a real SS, not a number matching car, does not ride like a caddy, it is what it is, a bad ass pro street race car. It was in California until 07, 08. (have proof)It was a dedicated race car. Traded to a man in Pennsylvania. He used it as a dedicated race car. It was then aquired bymy friend and put back on the street. I got it from him and its only got a few hundred (if that) miles on a lot of new partssince that transformation. The hood had a big scoop on it and was changed to be streetable. I have the paint code if you wish to paint it to match. The rest of the cars shines nice but is not perfect with small chips and scratches. Solid body. No rust.
