Up for sale is my 2003 Chevy Suburban 1500 LT 2WD. We (wife and I) bought this for our move from New Orleans to Indiana. Now it just sits in my driveway and I only use it once a week to go grocery shopping. So need to let it go....

I just replaced both bank 1 o2 Sensors because one went bad so figured might as replace both.
THE GOODThis thing runs solid! I have never had an issue with it other than oil changes and minor hiccups (battery, turn signal went out, etc)

Has keyless entry remote with panic alarm.
Has the tow package

Tires only have 5000 miles on them, and they are rated for 60,000
Inside is all leather and in fairly good condition, no huge holes or tears.
ALL Power options!
BOSE steroe with 9 Surround Sound Speakers and 6 CD changer
Rear Panasonic fold-down DVD player with remote.

THE BAD
The windshield is cracked, never bugged me but one day will need to be replaced.
Outside needs paint. Looks good from far away but up close needs paint
Has rust on roof because it needs paint
Hood has bare spots missing paint.
Has scratches on side because it needs paint (common theme)
Has a few tiny dents but one slightly larger one on passenger rear wheel well.
The door control panel for seated heats has issues so disconnected the heated seats.
Small area of dash is starting to peel (passenger side over glove box)
Carpet has few stains but not much
Carpet is worn under driver's gas pedal, all other areas are nice.
Drivers leather seat did tear at one seam but was resewn up.
Drivers arm rest is starting to crack.
Overall this is a really nice suburban and will probably give its new owner another 50k miles. The outside is ugly but the inside really makes up for it. I would love to keep this truck but we just bought our house and I only use it once a week so it doesn't fall apart. Would rather put the money towards a new deck then an SUV I don't use.
I am willing to negotiate on the price to a point but not going to give it away.
A $500 nonrefundabledeposit is required upon purchase. The balance will be due in CASH on pick up.
Being sold AS-IS with no warranty
