1970 Chevelle SS454 450HP 4spd LS6

A complete rotisserie frame off restoration on a clean rustfree Nebraska car being returned to original factory specs. Every part was replace, repaired, replated,repainted just as it was when it came of the line in 1970.

The car started as a bench seat automatic car before the body was removed from the frame. The frame was striped blasted then powder coated to original semi gloss black.All the gas and brakelines, bushings,etc were replaced and assembled with all new factory correct fasteners. The body was striped to bare metal then repaired as necessary. block numerous timesfinished in code 75Cranberry Red Sikkons base coat cleared reblocked cleared again color sanded and buffed to arrow straight show paint!

The motor is a CE factory replacement 512 block with the correct date. Square port heads, factory LS6 intake and Holley carb. Rebuilt to factory LS6 specs with solid cam 11 to 1 piston etc. Dynoed with 460hp and nearly 500lbs of torque. The transmission is a period correct M21 completely rebuilt and detailed. The rear axle is a12 bolt 4.11 posi also rebuilt and detailed to original

Interior was upgraded to bucket consolePearl White. The correct dash and gauges are all new. Again detail abounds everything inside is new or restored. Even has the original Muncie shift handle.

The bright work was all polished along with the original bumpers being rechromed. Attention to detail abounds as cost was not an object when I restored the car. It is a close tooriginally correctas they come. Just like 1970 when it was delivered

Unfortunately there is no paper work for the car(I bought the car from 30+year owner whotold me it was an LS6) so call it a clone, tribute, recreation orwhat you want my reserve reflect that fact and is less than what I have in it. Makes it perfect for a fun usable car!

Thereis less 100 miles sense it was finished a year ago were it sat in my man cave only coming out for a couple of shows. My interest have changed and have decided to sellFell free to contact me for details or to come and inspect in person
