Low reserve price of $41,000. Go ahead and look on the internet and you will find this same vehicle listed with comparable mileage and options for $41,000-$47,000. If you can find this same vehicle for less than $41,000 then that is the one you should buy.
If this vehicle was on a Chevrolet dealer's lot the price would be in the area of $45000. The Car Fax is clean on this vehicle. The Kelly Blue Book value for a private sale is $46,610 and the NADA value is $48,550. These figures do not take into consideration the optional wheels and tires, plus I spent $800 to have Xpel Ultimate clear film paint protection installed on the front bumper cover, headlights, fog lights and the back of both door mirrors. I can't say enough about how nice of a car this is. My wife and I purchased this vehicle on December 26, 2015 and it only had 5871 miles on it. It is a General Motors Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. It still has a full warranty, which includes oil changes, and expires on May 28, 2017.
Our son is a used car dealer and this vehicle is titled in his dealership's name. What this means is, if you purchase this vehicle, you will have to pay sales tax based on whatever state you live in. There are no other hidden fees such as doc fees, etc.
This vehicle is a Centennial Special Edition for 2012 which is called a Grand Sport Z16. The color is Carbon Flash Metallic which is just beautiful in the sun. The year 2012, was the 100th anniversary for Chevrolet, so they made this corvette in honor of their 100th year of selling vehicles. The body is similar to a Z06, however it has a lift off roof panel, which the Z06 doesn't have.
I have the General Motors,Vehicle Build Information, which shows all of the options on this vehicle and can email it to you. This vehicle has heads up display, navigation, dual heated power seats, etc. The build sheet shows that this car came with 18" wheels on the front and 19" wheels on the rear. Chevrolet offered an option to have 19" wheels on the front and 20" wheels on the rear. When I purchased this vehicle the previous owner had just installed the optional factory GM 19" & 20" wheels and tires at a cost of approx. $5000. The tires are Pirelli P Zero 285/35ZR19 on the front and 335/30ZR20 on the rear. I have the information to show the cost of these wheels and tires and can email this to you. The tires have approx, 8000 miles on them.
We are in our mid 60s and have owned many sport cars during our life and this one was by far the most fun to drive. The vehicle is in perfect condition and the reason we are selling is to move onto our next vehicle. We live in Illinois 7 months of the year and the spend the rest of the year in Arizona.
