Camaro power ratings diminished in 1971 as GM prepared engines for unleaded fuels. 1972 marked the end for the Camaro SS — and its big-block 396 V-8 option; two years later, the Z28 would go on hiatus. The Camaro LT quasi-luxury package appeared in 1973, even as the split-bumper RS entered its final year — making an LT/RS/Z28 build possible this year only.
Value Adjustments
+15% for RS pkg. +20% for RS on Z/28 models. +10% for 4-spd (exc Z/28). -30% for 6-cyl. -15% for 3-spd
The car is nice and one of a kind it just needs some TLC.
On Apr-25-16 at 23:17:26 PDT, seller added the following information:This car is stock and ready to be finished and painted, it was originally the same looking car as in the 21 jump street movie with stock silver paint and black stripes.
The car is matching all the way to the front, the original engine block was switched out with 4 bolt main after an engine rebuild.
We are the 2nd owners in the same family since car was new in 1973.
My time is limitedso, just don't have enough free time to complete the Z-28 project this year.
