2000 Chevrolet Other Description

Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.

Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very clean 2000 Chevrolet Suburban C1500 LT. As designated by the "C" in the name, this is a 2WD Suburban. The Chevy Suburban is based on the rugged and reliable full sized C/K series trucks. As you can see, this is a good looking truck. It is finished in tan over black leather interior with dark tinted windows and polished factory wheels. I would rate the exterior of this Suburban to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The finish shines nicely and looks as smooth as glass. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood and doors all open and close easily. All of the body trim and cladding is present and shows well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory polished alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber with average tread all around. Please take the time to read this entire description carefully and check out each of the photos to see how clean this Suburban LT looks.

I would also rate the interior of this Suburban to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well for an older Suburban and are full looking throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. The front seats show a little visible wear, which is hard to fault an older vehicle for. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The seats are deeply bolstered and very comfortable. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. It's a little cool out to get a good reading on the a/c but I can tell you that the heater works excellently. There is also rear heating and air conditioning. The original audio system has been upgraded with a slide out, touch screen head unit. I'm sure I haven't came across half the stuff it can do...but is looks to be able to support satalite radio, auxillary input and blue tooth in addition to the normal AM/FM stereo and CD. It looks to also be able to make phone calls but I haven't pushed all the buttons. The cargo area is spacious and clean. The 3rd row can be easily removed to open up an even more impressive amount of storage capacity. This Suburban has the desirable rear barn doors, which make loading and unloading very easy.

Mechanically, this Suburban appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 5.3L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older truck. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. I believe this Suburban is soon due for front ball joints...she wonders a little and you can feel them shift over certain bumps. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. She makes good power and feels strong. There were no idiot lights on during my road test. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with absolutely no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you're looking for a decent Suburban that hasn't been all used up, this 2WD C1500 Suburban LT deserves your serious consideration. It is clean, well optioned and runs great. A new set of ball joints and she'll be ready for anything. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
