Up for sale we have a 1969 Chevy Camaro RS SS. This is a well-done car that has a lot to offer with the Factory AC, disc brakes, V8 power, and a 12 Bolt. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and heartbeat of the Chevy, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.
Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory, no consignments, and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 70 to 80 cars at all times. We don't have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, that's how we can sell for less than other dealers. We will start off with the exterior of the Camaro. The body is very straight with good lines. Everything is covered in the Tuxedo Black Paint that is accented by the White Hockey Stripe. The paint is base coat clear with the stripes being under the clear. It's slick to the touch with a deep rich shine. This Camaro does have the SS Hood along with front and rear spoilers. You'll notice it has the RS hidden head lights that have been converted to the electric motors. At the time of the resto new bumpers as well as other chrome was installed. The weather stripping around the doors and trunk is new as is the roof rail seals. The windshield was also replaced with new seals and the rest of the glass all looks good as does the stainless around them. To finish off the look it's sitting on a set of 18" and 20" Raceline wheels with new tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of the '69. On the inside it's done in the White Hounds Tooth with Deluxe Door Panels. The dash and carpet is done in black. Also, the dash and console features the wood grain accent. This Camaro comes with Tilt Column and the correct SS style wheel. A CD Player with AM FM has been added and this '69 has the factory style seat belts.
Finally, we will look at the heartbeat of the Chevy. Under the hood it's powered by an Aluminum Head 350 Engine that's mated to a 350 Turbo Trans and 12 Bolt Rear End. It's dressed with an Aluminum Intake with chrome valve covers and a K&N Air Filter. The exhaust flows thru stock manifolds with duals. This is a factory A/C car with Power Disc Brakes and Power Steering. When you look under it the floor pans appear solid and a new fuel tank was installed.
