1971 Chevrolet C-10 Step Side Description

I have for sale my 1971 c10 Chevy Step-side Pickup. Iwas able to talk alocal minister into selling it to me a few years ago and it was a great purchase. When I purchased the truck it needed some cosmetic work but had alwaysbeen mechanically sound. Since I have owned the truck I have had some work (receipts and list included) done to improve the overall cosmetic look of the truck. The truck has been a weekly driver for me and when I drive it, it really turns heads and I receive numerous complements on the look and sound. I am selling the truck because we have a new baby joining the family and it’s time to buy a biggerSUV.
The truck has a healthy 350 engine, automatic transmission with flowmaster exhaust that exits in front of the back tires which gives it a cool look. The tires on the truck are in good condition wrapped around a nice set of chrome Foose Nitrous wheels with an offset. The truck is a very nice driver quality that you would not be ashamed to be seen driving. The paint on the truck is very presentable and has a lot of life left in it.
Things that have been done to the truck
Most“New” parts ordered from LMC, Summit, and CPP
-New tilt steering column
-New 2.5 in drop spindles in the front
-New 3 inch lowered springs in the rear
-New upper and lower ball joints
-New Starter

-New front and rear bumpers
-New tail lights
-New tailgate chains and covers
-New glove box insert
-New sill plates

-FOOSE Nitrous 20 inch wheels with offset on the rear
-Durable black bed liner
I also want to include all that I can about the truck and provide all that I know to be an issue with the truck.
Things that could be improved
-The truck is an AC cab but it does not have all of the AC components at this time. This was going to be my next project on the truck but I never got around to it. Mainly because I always preferred to drive with the windows down listening to the exhaust.
- There is a few minor dings on the body as well as few panels could be adjusted but nothing that really stands out or takes away from the appearance. The truck has never under went a full restoration but it is in good shape for a 1971 Chevy.
-The driver’s side door has some imperfections underneath that were there when I purchased it but nothing major. It did not bother me and I didn’t want to risk harming the white paint that’s why I left it alone. Overall the truck is great looking and will definitely be a pleasure for the next owner. It is presentable as is but can be taken to show truck status with a little more investment.

- Horn and signal lights not connectedbut all lights (headlight, taillights, blinkers, and park lights) work properly.

This C10 would be a great Christmas, birthday gift, wedding gift, or just a gift for a Parent, Grandparent, Spouse, or Child. The truck would make a great truck for weekend car shows, cruises, driving the kids or grandkids around town, date nights, and football tailgates. It would also make a cool truck to promote your business, first car for a teenager, or for someone who had one when they younger and wants to have the experience all over again.
I have also attached a youtube video link of the truck starting and a walk around:
