2007 Chevrolet Suburban Description

hello i have for sale a 2007 Chevrolet suburban ltz with 257k miles car drives good and has no leaks. The car is being used as a fleet vehicle for a limousine company so miles will go up as it is still in service, Suv has always been maintained with Chevrolet parts and all maintenance preformed on time. the check engine light comes on periodically(currently on) and was diagnosed as a bad catalytic converter, service suspension notification comes on and was diagnosed as a bad front shock so these items will need to be replaced. Suv is equipped with an automatic rear hatch but its not working because the motor went out however i do have a replacement motor that was purchased just never installed. paint overall is good but does have paint from the hood chipped off from road rocks and a dent on the hood, front bumper has a scrape on it, driver side door has a hard scrape which extends to the rear door please see pics. rear right door has what looks like tree sap that does not come off under the door handle, rear hatch has small dent and one of the wheels has a crack on the lip of the wheel that is not leaking oil.. car is also equipped with hid headlights and led fog lights, interior is in good condition with all leather seats intact there are no cracks anywhere. if you have any additional questions please feel free to contact me thanks.
