About The Builder, Ken Murray:
Ken Murray

Few will argue that Manitoba's Ken Murray is not one of Western Canada's most famous dragster drivers. Considered one of the forefathers of the sport of drag racing in Canada, Murray campaigned a series of both front-motored and rear-engined dragsters throughout a career that spanned some three decades. Murray's credits include holding the NHRA national record and earning a Top Alcohol Dragster national event win at Atlanta's Southern Nationals in 1988. Now retired from the drivers seat, Murray remains active in NHRA drag racing as a tuner and consultant to Doug Doucette's Winnipeg-based injected-nitro car.
