1949 Chevrolet Other Pickups Description

1949 Chevrolet 3100 half ton pickup. Offering this truck up for auction exactly as I purchased it last year, as a well organized RUST FREE project. The previous owner started this project over five years ago spent a lot of time and money to get this truck to where it is. His intent was an original build. Here is a list of what has been completed:

• Original 6 Cylinder Engine has been rebuilt
• New Carburetor
• New Radiator
• New Starter
• Original 3 Speed Transmission has been rebuilt
• GasTank was sent out to be cleaned and coated
• New FuelLines
• Frame Sandblasted and Refinished
• Cab has been painted
• Suspension re-done (original style)
• Brakes and Brake Lines re-done

Everything listed above is currently installed on the truck. Here is a list of parts that came with the truck and will also be included in this auction:

• New Oak Wood Floor (in box)
• Refurbished Gauges
• New Wiring Harness

• Good Glass (currently wrapped for protection)
• Newly Upholstered Seat

• Solid Front and Rear Fenders
• Solid Running Boards
• Solid Bed Sides
• Rough Tailgate

The truck was said to be missing the front panel for the bedand thestainless steel trim for the wood bed. Everything that is picturedthat is a part or piece for this truck will be included in this auction (Ihave not soldanything it came with and am not intending to keep any parts). It tookthe car trailer and two pickup trucks to get everything home and again, all of it will be included in this sale.
Also have for sale separately a complete 327 or 283 Chevy and a 350 Turbo Transmission (complete cores) if you would like to go a different direction for this build.
