1990 Chevrolet Camaro IROC Z/28 Description

1990 Chevrolet Camaro IROC Z/28 Convertible

Car is loaded… A/C, power windows, locks, mirrors, and seats, cruise control, tilt steering column, airbag steering wheel.

I’ve included the spec build sheet in the photos so you can see all the options on this particular build.I intended to keep this car as a collector so I spent a ton on doing what was necessary to make it all proper inside and out. I had our local Chevrolet dealer go through the entire car. I wanted the best guys working on this car and I wanted it done right. You may find a car with less miles but unless they went through the car like I did, it has issues that need to be addressed. Below is what we found needing addressed.

The Chevy dealer did the all the following work and I have the work order to show.

Certified multi point inspection found...

Bad voltage gauge. ( I did find this necessary to fix )

Under car bushings where dried out and cracked. These days it’s easier to replace the entire arms versus just the bushing.

Replaced both lower ball joints

Replaced the lower control arm and pitman arm

Replaced the idler arm and pitman arm

Repacked and resealed wheel bearings

Replaced engine mounts

Replaced the transmission mounts

Replace front sway bar links

Replace both front sway bar mounts

Replaced inner and outer tie rod links on both ends

Replace both toe adjuster sleeves

Replaced both struts and mount assembly’s

Front wheel alignment

This car feels tight, drives straight and handles great.

The dealer also replaced all necessary weather stripping on doors and seals

Replaced the Catalytic converter and a new EGR valve to ensure years of emission free problems.

Recently pass a strict CALIFORNIA SMOG emissions test.

Recharged the air condition system, runs ice cold.

Replaced center console armrest.

Replaced the front headlights and fog lights.

Replaced front Camaro grill. The old one was faded.

I am the 3RDowner, the original owner had this car until just last year. The second owner just flipped the car then I bought it. The original owners of this car took great care they had the car freshly repainted in its original black.

A brand new convertible top was put on and the back window is clean and clear. Top operates Just as intended.

This car looks AMAZING. The entire interior looks amazing. The dash looks like new, arm rest are flat with no sunwarpagelike you will see on many of these car that sitoutside in the sun. Carpets and seats look great, all the plastic parts in great condition.

New floor mats, I still have the original mats minus the driver’s side that I will include.

The photos show a SONY stereo that is NOTINCLUDED. I recently put the original back in place. I didreplace all 4 speakers.

I installed a brand new alarm system with keyless entry.

The tires are new the wheels look great a couple of rims have some oxidation in a few spots.

I just had this car professionally detailed buffed and polished along with new decal kit installed.

I have a second set of decals I will include.

The car really looks AMAZING.

CARFAX will show a clean report no problems check it out.

Think I covered it all. Feel free to ask questions.
