1972 Chevrolet El Camino Description

72 Chevy El Camino, stroker small block, Turbo 400 Automatic transmission, B&M floor shifter, reupholstered seat in velour (it is like new), new door panels, Headers with full dual exhaust sounds very nice, Corvette rally wheels with brand new tires (they have about 100 miles on them) and are only a few months old, power steering, power brakes, old school stereo with equalizer and amp plays great, hard tonneau cover, this car starts right up and drives very well, have a huge file of receipts for the work done to this car over many years, the engine is reported to be a stroker 383, I did not build it so can't say for sure what is inside, it runs nice and smooth and has good power. not a loppy cam just nice, We have owned the car for 3 years and it runs awesome and has all along, it has Hooker headers with full dual exhaust through Magnaflow mufflers, Edlebrock performer intake and carb with electric choke, HEI and MSD ignition, Chrome valve covers and air cleaner, Chrome one wire alternator, autometer gauges, B&M floor shifter, custom wood grain steering wheel, it runs and drives very well, has air shocks on back, a bed mat, the tonneau cover opens from the front or back half way or so, We have never hauled anything in it. It was just fully serviced including fluid and filter changes, hose and belts replaced. The front suspension has been rebuilt and the springs have been replaced with lowering springs.
The car is located at our home here in Redmond, Oregon. You are welcome to come inspect it prior to bidding. It is being sold as is. If you need to transport the car that is totally up to you. We have sold a few cars that were transported and many have used Monarchcarshipping.com with good success. I have nothing to do with them they just have taken good care of people I have sold cars to. On the same topic uship has been terrible. This car runs very well and drives nice. Someone could easily fly into the Redmond, Oregon airport and drive the car home we are only 3 miles from that airport. It has a clean and clear Oregon title. I know of no issues with this car. We purchased it 3 years ago for our daughter and she is now changing to a different kind of car that meets her current needs.
This car was originally a gold and orange combination, it was repainted several years ago to the metallic dark teal it is now. The clear coat is peeling so it could use a new paint job. the carpet is the original and could also used to be replaced. This car has no rust and never has had rust. It is a very solid west coast car. There is no wreck type damage only a couple of parking lot door dings, otherwise it is very straight as you can see. Chrome is good driver grade and could even polish up to be show quality.The car is sold as is where is. No warranty, lets face it the car is over 40 years old. I would be glad to take pictures of what ever you want and you can have it inspected if you like. That needs to be done prior to bidding as bids are final. The starting price is low and the reserve is not too far from that. I also listed a buy it now price. Please do not bid if you do not have the money. We know the previous owner very well and are great friends with them. We have receipts dating back over 20 years on this car.

All the fluids and hoses were done in November 2015 in preparation to drive it daily. It was purchased for our daughter and she now has other plans for a car and the money from this sale. "COLLEGE" We are proud of her decision.
