1971 chevrolet c10 shortbed pickup
1971 Chevrolet C-10 Description
1971 c10 short bed (70 grille and bumper) It has a 350 engine with a mild cam, automatic trans. Power steering, power brakes, disc on front. It runs great and has a nice mellow sound thanks to the headers and dual flowmaster exhaust. It has been upgraded to the hei ignition fueled by a holley carb., it's a smooth running truck.
It's a solid southern truck that has been in the south it's whole life. It was built in Atlanta and spent a lot of it's life just up the road in S.C. The truck has a good body and a driver quality paint job. It looks nice and doesn't have any dents or dings but you will find imperfections if you analyze it close. The truck was taken off of the frame by a gentelman in the early 2000s, he was working on a full frame off restoration. He died before he could complete the truck and it was sold to a small time car dealer. They completed the truck but didn't do a show quality paint job on it, it's just a driver.
It does have 2 new bumpers a new grille, new lenses, and a new windshield.
The interior is pretty simple, with new carpet, a new instrument bezel and a new dash pad. It doesn't have a radio but the hole hasn't been butchered.
It rides on 15x8 rally wheels with new tires.
The state of Georgia will not reissue a title on a 1971 model, they are only required on 85 and up here. I have the South Carolina title that came with it as well as an inspection form from the police certifying that it's never been stolen as well as a certified Georgia bill of sale.
