1964 Chevrolet C-10 C10 Description

1964 Chevy C10 Pickup 283 v8 4 Speed on the floor. I bought this as a project and do not have the time to complete. the 283 engine will crank over but will not start i think it needs carb work or maybe a tune up. Its been sitting for a couple years. The rust is in the common areas for these Trucks. the tires all hold air and can roll easy. Please let me know if you have any questions these are becoming harder to find with the short box.
