2014 Chevrolet Spark LS Hatchback 4-Door Description

I am selling this car for my grandpa. He bought the car in 2014 brand new for $14K and was the only owner. He is terminally ill now which is the only reason I am selling.
The car was used for some cross country road trips along with regular day to day driving. It was meticulously maintainedwith oil changes every 3 thousand miles. 80% of the miles are highway and the car was always garage kept. Regular maintenance and inspections were done at the Chevy dealer. There was a certified entire car inspection done at 35k miles in which everything checked perfect. I have all maintenance/inspectionpaperwork, warranty booklet, and car manual which will be left in the glove box. The title is clean and signed, I will also includea signed bill of sale ready to be easily transferred over. I will leave the price blank on both to save you money on taxes at the DMV. This is a private party sale and no dealer fees, doc fees, or dealer taxes will occur.
The car is running perfectly. The engine is strong and the transmission shifts flawlessly. The steering and suspension are very smooth. The tires have plenty of tread and the brakes are perfect. Gets 35+ MPG.
There are some small marks on the rear right side bumper (pictured) - other than that the body is in perfect condition, no rust, flaws or dents.
The interior is in perfect condition no rips, or stains. All interior and exterior components are working perfectly. (Power windows, locks, door handles, remote start, radio, Heat + AC, instrument panel) There is no check engine light, or dash lights on. The cars overall condition is like new.

-5 Year/100k Miles (Until 2019 or 100k Miles the transmission and all powertrain components are fully covered)

-6 Year/100k Miles (Until 2020 or 100k Miles any rust that may occur on the body is fully covered)
