2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Description

Up for sale is a custom built regular cab, short box 2500hd Chevrolet Duramax 2wd. This truck wasoriginallybuilt by the legendary Hallas Performace and the short box conversion was done very neatly. The truck is a blast to drive. I just installed brand new inner and outer ties rods, sway bar end links,grease-ablesway bar bushings, and brand new rear tires all less than 500 miles ago. The front end was also aligned. The engine runs very strong and has no blow by at all. The injector balance rates are all good and check out fine; I have attached a pic taken at idle. The truck always fires upright awayand is very solid. I can send videos of the truck idling upon request, as well as anything else you'd like to see. This is WT trim vehicle, so it has manual windows and locks.
The following mods have been done:
Engine:
-Egr Delete-S&B cold air intake-4" turbo back straight pipe that dumps in front of the rear passenger wheel-well.-ARP head studs-Edge insight monitor with EFI Live tuning-AFE intake elbow
Wheels:
-V Tec Offroad 20x10 with 285/50r20 Nexen Roadian HP (80% tread) in front-V Tec Offroad 22x10 with 305/40r22 Nexen Roadian HP (BRAND NEW) in rear.
Interior:Dual single DIN HD radio receiver with Bluetooth streaming/hands free capabilities
The bad:-The truck has a some play in the steering box. I didn't replace it yet since it drives very straight down and the road and isn't horrible but I figured it should be mentioned.-The paint on both the left and right rockers is beginning to bubble and the right side cab corner has a quarter-sized hole in it. I had a quote from a highly reputable body shop to repair and paint both rockers for $800.-The paint on the front bumper is rough and flaking.-The hydroboost is leaky. This is a very common issue on these trucks. I have the rebuild kit and will attempt to make time to repair it before the sale. It's still 100% drivable and I drive it every day.-The interior shows some wear, given the age, but it still cleans up well.
All in all, this is a very fun truck. Its extremely solid, trans shifts firm, the engine runs strong and the truck attracts a lot of attention. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions. I also invite you to come personally inspect the truck at anytime. I require a $500 deposit within 24 hours. I have the clear title in hand. I can help work with any shipping company but buyer is responsible for all costs. Thank you and enjoy!
