2005 Chevrolet Avalanche LS Description

Up for sale is a Chevy Avalanche LS 1500K 2005 Pickup SUV. It has extremely low mileage (only 42,133!!!)My father passed away recently and we're selling his vehicle as it'll have a better home with someone who can actually use it. There is some damage to the front right headlamp from a minor accident a few years back that it seems my late dad never bothered getting fixed. I took it to a shop and was told it would cost ~$700 to repair it.

As you can see from the report- this vehicle has only had 1 owner and a pretty good history overall. I do somewhat remember the 2 accidents my father had and both were negligible with damage to the front right side. As far as we know, nothing substantial but being the type of person my father was, some of the cosmetic work was "put together" so it could use some tlc or actually work.
We're looking for $10,000 but will entertain reasonable offers.
