Up for NO RESERVE auction is a 1989 Chevy Silverado C1500 Cheyenne, with a fuel injected 305 V8 and automatic transmission. This is a rear wheel drive truck. This truck has been off the road since 2002 and only has 39,708 miles on the 6 digit odometer. Based on the condition of this truck from sitting, I believe that to be accurate. The interior cleaned up nicely, however when vaccuuming the headlinder, it was sagging a lot so I did not finish that out of fear of it ripping down. Crank windows and rubber floor.I installed a battery in the truck (battery not included) and put a few gallons of gas in the tank, the truck turns over nicely but would not fire until some starting fluid was sprayed. I did not hear the fuel pump turn on, so that could be the issue.That being said, the motor seems good, however would not stay running long enough to test drive, so condition ofthings like transmission, rear end, suspension and brakes are unknown. This is obviously a project truck, the body is better than you might think for a truck that has been sitting for this long. The cab corners are soft, the paint is peeling on bedsides and especially the hood (which also has some dents). The rear wheelwells are a bit crispy (see photos). The frame obviously has surface rust, but does appear to be solid. The windshield is cracked and will need to be replaced. Please view all photos and only bid if you understand what this truck is.This truck rolls, steers and as keys. Truck is sold as a project truck in AS-IS condition and is not driveable as it sits.There is NO TITLE, the state of New Hampshire does not title vehicles older than the year 2000. This will be sold with bill of sale only, please check your state's laws for registration PRIOR to bidding, not after.
