2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer Description

There appears to be two mistakes on the "AutoCheck" background check. My wife and I are the only owners of this vehicle, the first owner was probably listed in her maiden name, then the "second" owner her married name.
The second mistake is she was never involved in any accident as the AutoCheck states.
Well, now that I have cleared those discrepancies up, on to the good stuff:

We are the original owners. It currently has 152500+ miles as it is still driven couple days a week. This car has always run great.

Heated seats still work great (except for bottom element of drivers seat)All electrical works as it should (except for sun roof)Engine runs strong w/o any hesitations and does not burn/leak oilNew water pump on 4/6/16
Dual digital climate control for driver and passenger
Recent drive belt replacementAlways changed oil at 3,000-4,000 mile intervals
Bad:Tires have around 25% tread left
A/C does not currently work but was working fine after all the following recent new parts had been installed: A/C compressor w/2 year transferable warranty A/C accumulator A/C condenser and cycling switch
My mechanic tells me that the A/C evaporator core is what needs replacing, which is ~$200 part.
This is a 12 yro vehicle and does have little nicks and stone marks
This vehicle is listed locally and could end if sold
