1957 Chevrolet Nomad Description

1957 chevrolet rust free nomad project. This car has recently had in access of 100,000.00 spent on it, receipts available, To start with, the body was removed from frame, and put on rotisserie, all paint stripped to bare metal, all rust and bent metal removed and replaced with original type metal. Rear wheel wells were mini tubbed (see photos), existing firewall was removed, and an aftermarket recessed firewall was installed to accept the LS engine. The front of frame was modified with correct motor mounts for the LS engone. The entire body was sprayed with epoxy, primed and blocked several times. The new vintage in dash A/C was mounted and removed for future paint. The Lexus bucket seats were installed for correct mounts, still bolted in, The bottom and inside floor pans were painted with red oxide primer. The frame was stripped of all parts, sand blasted, and Black epoxy applied, chevelle 12 bolt rearend was installed, springs were moved to under frame (see photo) to accept wider tires. Disc brakes were installed front and rear. 605 power steering was installed. Brushed aluminum tilt steering column (NEW) was installed for roll around purposes. A 2012 camaro LS L99 engine and automatic transmission with computer with less than 3,000 miles was installed. The engine has not been cranked since installed in car, but, was cranked and tested upon purchase. Came from a totaled out rear ended camaro. NEW PARTS INCLUDE; polished aluminum booster and master cylinder, polished aluminum core support, radiator, condensor., vintage in dash A/C system, Polished aluminum serpentine belt system installed, Aluminum tilt column installed. Lexus bucket seats are installed, original rear seat in box, A long list of original parts come with car that are shown in pictures. Copies of invoices spent to date are included with purchase for your information, and does not reflect the value of the car. The reason the car is not painted, is because everyone has a color prefrence, If I painted it red, the buyer would have wanted it black, and so on. I cannot complete the car for health reasons. It is ready for final block and paint. Items to complete is paint, interior, glass, mouldings, bumpers, fuel tank, wiring harness, instruments, wheels, lights, emblems, and so on. The lift gate will need to be rechromed. I have 95% of all chrome and stainless that needs to be refinished, headlight buckets, bezels, grille bar, hood rockets, mouldings, tailgate mouldings, headliner bows.
